DEDICATION OF THE 2024 POP DESIGN MURAL

At the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center

THIS MURAL, A GIFT TO CITY RECREATION, IS A PROJECT OF THE DEARBORN COMMUITY FUND
“POCKETS OF PERCEPTION” (POP) 2024 TEAM.

The POP Mission: To encourage multicultural understanding and co-operation through a team approach.
to engage young people in creative problem solving through the arts while encouraging their investment
in the community.

New at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center “MURAL WAY”

Located on the South side of the FC&PAC building enjoy sidewalks lined with beautiful murals created for April Arts Month but on display until October this year.

DIA artwork springs up across Dearborn

Dearborn is now one of 25 locations in the Metro Detroit area with open-air galleries and reproductions of artworks from the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA) collection. The artworks will be on display as part of the DIA’s Inside/Out exhibition through October.

Inside/Out brings fine art reproductions to local communities. Take time to visit
