Click for more photos — Great music, food and art drew hundreds of guests to the first-ever Saturday Night Alive collage concert to benefit the Michael A. Guido Theater in Dearborn on Feb. 1, 2014. Performing groups: Dearborn Youth Symphony, Dearborn Public Schools Honors Choir, Motor City Brass Band, Dearborn Players Guild, Vanguard Voices, Dearborn Community Chorus, Dearborn Symphony, Edsel Ford High School Jazz Band.

— Everyone is reading The Call of the Wild by Jack London during the 10-week-long Big Read Dearborn community reading celebration. Free copies of the book are available at schools, the Dearborn Public Library, the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center and other locations. A special student-designed edition of the Jack London tale was unveiled at the kickoff event at The Henry Ford museum.
